Many people do not necessarily want to lose weight, but they do want to have a flat tummy. The scale is not so important as the measurement around your waist.

To assist you to reach that state of a flat stomach, we have designed a four week course that will enable you to learn what it would take to get to a flatter stomach and to start putting that in place. To know and not to do is not to know at all! So we will encourage and inspire you to put into practise what you have learned over the four weeks.

You may be lucky enough to be close enough to us to attend one of the real live classes. That will be great if you could do that. If you cannot, you will still be able to connect to us through a phone call or a webinar (you need access to a computer for this).

So what will you get over the four weeks of the new programme?

a) you will get 45 minutes of interaction with the tutors and group members where you will get the magical information on what you need to do to get the flat tummy.

b) eating plans ... there are certain foods that you need to avoid at all costs ... and you will be shocked to find out what these are

c) ecercise pointers and instruction ... there are exercises that will speed up the flat tummy 

d) supplement information ... we do not require you to buy any extra supplements to reach your goals, but we know that there are supplements that will make it easier for you to reach your goals... we will share this with you and also share a way to get this on a discount level

e) fun  ... we believe all of this learning should be full of fun ...   laughter and fun has a way of melting the fat away
